Class Offerings
Each class is thoughtfully designed to challenge, restore, and transform. All sessions are 60 minutes and accommodate all fitness levels.
Full body workout with 4 exercises, 8 rounds of 30 seconds each. Uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and Pilates balls.
Dynamic full body workout. Choose your own kettlebell weights for a powerful strength and cardio session.
Quick full body circuit switching between cardio and strength. Ends with a relaxing 20-minute stretch.
Floor-based mat class focusing on legs, glutes, abs, core, back and arms.
Hammocks suspended from the ceiling for stretching, strength, and fun tricks. Ends with beautiful relaxation.
High-energy dance fitness class. Move to the music and have fun while burning calories!
