Full body workout with 4 exercises, 8 rounds of 30 seconds each. Uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and Pilates balls. You choose your own weights.

Dynamic full body workout. Choose your own kettlebell weights for a powerful strength and cardio session.

Quick full body circuit switching between cardio and strength — balance board, step, rebounder, squats, abs & arms. Ends with a relaxing 20-minute stretch.

Floor-based mat class focusing on legs, glutes, abs, core, back and arms. Controlled, deliberate movements for deep muscle engagement.

Hammocks suspended from the ceiling for stretching, strength, and fun tricks. Let your inner child play! Ends with beautiful relaxation.
